Management Team

Lance Diamond, CPA, President

Lance Diamond is the founder and President of NYC BOOKKEEPERS. Prior to founding NYC BOOKKEEPERS Mr. Diamond spent the previous 12 years leading the finance departments of emerging small and mid-size companies. Most recently he has been an independent consultant to accounting and technology-related companies in the New York Metropolitan area, including Tour GCX, a company started by the founders of Marquis Jet, which creates a fractional ownership concept for the private golf club industry.

Prior to that Mr. Diamond was the first member of the accounting team of the nationally recognized fitness brand Crunch Fitness International and served as its CFO for four years. Mr. Diamond developed accounting and operational systems, streamlined reporting procedures which led to the Company's purchase by a publicly traded company Bally's Fitness for $90MM. Lance began his career at Ernst & Young. Mr. Diamond has a degree in Public Accounting from the University of Michigan School of Business Administration.

Scott Meyers, Senior Vice President, Operations

Prior to joining NYC BOOKKEEPERS Mr. Meyers served as the Chief Financial Officer of Lee Myles North American Transmission Group, from March of 2005 until October of 2006. His main responsibilities were to employ policies and procedures in Operations and Accounting as well as a reporting system to disseminate information to the multiple transmission shops as well as the investor group.

Prior to that Mr. Meyers served as NSI Software's Chief Financial Officer from co-founding the Company in December 1991 until September of 2000 when he became Chief Operating Officer and Vice President, Finance until leaving in March of 2005. Mr. Meyers was instrumental in the Company's continual growth and move into the forefront of the Storage and Disaster Recovery industry. He instituted and implemented the Company's financial structure and systems and was responsible for overseeing all operations, administration, finance and accounting departments.

Prior to founding the Company, Mr. Meyers was employed by Digital Metacom, Inc., a publicly held voice and data telecommunications company, in various senior management positions in the Company's finance department since its inception in March 1980 through December 1991. Mr. Meyers has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Accounting from Dowling College.
